Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products offered by Kuragami Shop ("we", "us", "Kuragami") at kuragamishop.com. By creating an account, placing an order, or downloading any product from this site, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. The products

We sell Minecraft server plugins as digital downloads (each a "Plugin"). Each Plugin is provided as one or more JAR files together with a license key that authorizes the Plugin to run on a limited number of Minecraft servers (currently two server IPs per license). Bundles are collections of Plugins offered at a combined price.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any local taxes you may owe. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. A purchase is a single one-time payment — there is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal. Updates to Plugins you have already purchased are included at no additional charge for the lifetime of that Plugin.

3. License grant

On payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and run the purchased Plugin on Minecraft servers operated by you, up to the per-license server cap. You may not:

  • Re-sell, re-distribute, or sub-license the Plugin or its source code.
  • Share your license key with anyone outside your own organization.
  • Modify, decompile, or attempt to bypass the Plugin's license check.
  • Use the Plugin in violation of Mojang's Minecraft EULA.

4. No refunds — digital goods

All sales are final. Because each Plugin is a digital product that is delivered immediately on purchase and cannot be "returned," we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction, server compatibility issues you can resolve via Discord support, or duplicate purchase.

By completing checkout you waive any statutory withdrawal period that may otherwise apply to digital goods in your jurisdiction (where such a waiver is permitted by law). If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exception under applicable consumer law, contact us on Discord before initiating a chargeback so we can review.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is a material breach of these Terms. We will revoke all licenses associated with the disputed transaction, which disables the Plugin on every server bound to those licenses. We may also bar the associated user from purchasing again.

6. License revocation

We may revoke a license without refund if you violate these Terms, share or leak your license key, attempt to circumvent the license check, or use the Plugin in a manner that violates the Minecraft EULA. A revoked license stops authorizing new server bindings immediately and existing bindings on next phone-home.

7. Support

Support is best-effort and provided through our Discord server. Response times depend on availability. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific Minecraft version, third-party plugin, or configuration outside the dependency list shown on each Plugin's page.

8. No warranty

Plugins are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected on any timeline.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuragami's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a Plugin or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Plugin in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or server downtime.

10. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, revoke your licenses, and ban your Discord and email addresses if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us on Discord; closure does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent material change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the registered business address. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in that jurisdiction.
