Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we keep the minimum needed to deliver your Plugins and we don't sell your data to anyone.

What we collect

  • Discord identity — when you sign in we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and email from Discord OAuth. This ties your purchases to a stable identity so you can re-download and so we can grant the customer role on our Discord server.
  • Order data — what you bought, when, what you paid, and which Stripe Checkout session id processed it. We use this to honor refunds (where applicable), reconcile our books, and re-issue licenses.
  • License binding data — for each license, the server IP addresses your Plugin's `/api/verify` calls come from (we use Cloudflare's edge-supplied IP, not whatever the Plugin claims). We use this to enforce the per-license server cap and to spot key sharing.
  • Session cookies — a single httpOnly cookie that identifies your browser to our session store. No third-party analytics or trackers.

Who we share with

  • Stripe — handles your payment. We never see or store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment flow.
  • Discord — we use Discord's OAuth and bot APIs to sign you in and grant the customer role. Discord receives the minimum data needed (your user id, the role to add).
  • Cloudflare — hosts our worker, database, file storage, and edge network. Cloudflare receives your IP and request data as part of normal hosting.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

How long we keep it

Order, license, and license-binding records are kept indefinitely so you can re-download products you've bought. Session cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity. You can delete your account by contacting us on Discord — we'll delete the user row, retaining only the anonymized order/license history needed for tax + accounting records.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us via Discord and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
